Cancellation Policy

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free post the specified time, and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

If an order is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

Hiodian reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation of any order, which in some cases may depend on the condition of the product, and also reserves the right to waive or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time. We further reserve the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, due to reasons such as product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), suspected fraud, violation of Terms of Use, or logistical issues. In such cancellations, you will not be charged, and if you have already made a payment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, with the status trackable on the Order Details page. Our return, cancellation, and refund policies may include additional terms, which will be communicated through Platform notifications or other communication methods.


Returns Policy

Under this returns scheme, you are offered the option of exchange, replacement, or refund. The returns policy may vary across different product categories. For any exceptions, please refer to the Order Cancellation and Return Policy page for the specific return or replacement details. We recommend reading all sections of the policy carefully to understand the conditions and situations in which a return will be accepted.


Return Timeframe:

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept return or exchange requests.


To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. All tags and original packaging must be intact. A proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or eligible for a partial refund.


Non-Returnable Items:

Innerwear or hygiene-related products (if applicable), Discounted or sale items, Gift cards


Return Process:

Email us at hiodianoffice@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Mention your order ID, product name, and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through pickup or return shipping.

Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days:

Check your bank or payment provider again.

Then contact your card company or bank.

Exchanges

We currently allow exchanges only for the same product in a different size or color, if available.
Please mention your exchange preference when requesting a return.
